What Mormons really believe? Well lets get a straight  answer from this one right now. They believe that the church was founded when peter was still alive and he founded the church after this happened then everybody died eventually and from that time on until 1800s the true church of Jesus Christ was not on this earth. Now most people would argue and say well then what are the Catholics doing then? Well since that happened they have running the church without authority and this is why nothing makes sense of what they do. Now this is the part when it comes back. There was a man who wanted to join the true church of Jesus Christ so he keeled down and prayed for it and he did this so in the garden . Suddenly out of the brush there came 3 being with excitedly lights very bright. Now what happens next many of you might be skeptical There before this man are God, Jesus Christ and the Spirit and they tell him that all the other churches are wrong and they explain it. So after this happens then he is given the keys or the authority now this is a couple of years later of course it didn't happened at that exact time. So after he became a prophet and restored the church. He was latter instructed to find a book called The Book Of Mormon and in it talked about things that the bible didn't have . This is because the catholic church took it out because they wanted things to be interpreted as they saw fit to it. So now we have a prophet and then after we later got apostles and then after a group of people called the seventies and then the wards those are the local people.
